Brownies so good, you need to throw them out!

Did I mention these are easy, delicious.. AND EASY! I am tellin gyou, i have made MANY brownies that had a lot of work involved.. these are easy.. and DELICIOUS! And yes, they are so bloody good you need to throw them out so you don't gain too much weight!

I found it on allrecipes.com ... and OH MY GOD I AM ON LOVE!!!

TIP- The trick here is NOT to over mix it.. mix it by hand! and I promise you, you can NOT fail! Yummilcious!

Brownies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder

Icing

3 tbs butter softened
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 f (175c)

Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat, stir in sugar, eggs, 1 tsp vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, baking powder. Spread into prepared baking pan. 25-30 min.

Icing

Combine all the ingredients and frost brownies while still warm.

Serve alone, with ice cream, or whipped cream.

Enjoy


PS- They taste even better the second day! Yummy!

  1. Anything involving chocolate is my favourite, and Yes I've all the ingredients and will attempt doing them inshallah.
    Just a question, have you done them in a cupcake tray? they look nice and round in the picture..

  2. I actually made them in Muffin trays (the ones that have 6 instead of 12)... and then I cut them in half initially.. then cut them up again .. so the final size was 1/4 :)

    I am telling you they are easy.. just remember to mix by hand!

  5. MoOn... I am soo happy it came out well/ <3 Next time.. try to keep it for a day or two.. I promise they taste even better!!

  8. Hey!! I made these the other day! they were delicious! But while making them I found the batter very dry. It wasn't mixing at all. So I added a cup of milk in it.
